Best of the Fest screenings
March 22-30, 2016
See a stellar selection of films that celebrate and examine the Jewish experience across the globe, from inner-city Paris, to London’s East End, 1970s Dublin, WWII Germany and America’s Deep South. Kicking off with a lovable British comedy starring Jonathan Pryce, the festival covers a range of topics from musical traditions and philanthropic icons to historical events and some of the most pressing issues of our time. In the second part of March we continue to focus on Jewish cinema with hana hou screenings of four of the festival committee’s top picks: Dough, Once in a Lifetime, Wunderkinder and Labyrinth of Lies.
Sponsored by Temple Emanu-El in partnership with D.R. Horton-Schuler Homes.
Special thanks to the Temple Emanu-El Kirk Cashmere Jewish Film Festival Committee.
