Handmade Trunk Show
May 04, 2013 10:00am-02:00pm
Honolulu Museum of Art
Just in time for Mother’s Day is the Museum Shop’s first group trunk show featuring five artists known for their finely crafted work. You only have one mother—get her a gift that’s just as unique. The artists are:
Candice Wakumoto: Handcrafted silver-clay art jewelry.
Kimberly Chai: Linoleum and woodcut prints, as well as her new line of handmade soaps.
Eva Dang: Jewelry incorporating antique Chinese jades and pearls.
Vicky Durand: Hand-dyed and printed silk scarves, shawls, pillows, and table runners bearing Hawaiian plant motifs.
Charlene Tashima: Lampwork beads and jewelry. She will also show jewelry and ceramic art by Art School instructor Joel Park.

You do not need to pay museum admission to attend the trunk show.
