PechaKucha Honolulu Nights are at the Honolulu Museum of Art School and will be held three times a year—with a theme.
Next up: #17, on Friday, April 12. The theme is "Skin." (Think: tattoos, the nude, acupuncture, coverings and casings, burns, bruises, etc.).
PechaKucha is a simple presentation format: You show 20 images, each for 20 seconds. The images advance automatically and the presenter talks along to the images.
If you’re interested in speaking, create an account on pechakucha.org and send samples of your work with a description of your creative process/story to firstname.lastname@example.org.
