Maj, a young orphan, lives with her tattoo artist uncle Sonny. When Maj engraves her own artwork on a burly customer, the pair has to make a hasty escape, embarking on an unexpected adventure, discovering a fairy-filled forest and meeting a circus family with a man-eating tiger.
