Ready to take your hand-building skills to the next level? This class covers coil building large-scale forms, using templates to create sets, creating and using basic molds, surface treatments, and decorative techniques. Explore 3-D design concepts, functional and nonfunctional objects, making stamps, and carving clay. This intermediate-level class is for students who are comfortable with using pinch coil and slab construction independently. Lessons will be enhanced by demonstrations and visits to view the museum’s collection.

One bag of clay and all firings and glazes are included with tuition.
