Once upon a time, fairy tales were intended for the enlightenment of adults. Explore princesses, beasts, and “happily ever afters” as you use collage and assemblage techniques to interpret selected fairy tales that observe the human condition. Explore the relationship between story and image, as well as a connection to selected themes, art elements, and design principles. Also, learn how to make a pamphlet stitch book to display your collage art.
