Focusing on breathing, posture and chi, lessons include an introduction to calligraphy and the classic forms of Zen art: enzo (Zen circle), ichi (one), Fuji (mountain) and ryu (dragon). All materials included.  Andy Kay's studio, Zen Hall, is in Kāne‘ohe, and he teaches workshops in the U.S. and Europe, often at the Honolulu Museum of Art School.
