Create painterly, one-of-a-kind prints. This course will explore a diverse range of monoprinting techniques, such as direct painting, stencils, use of botanical/found objects and textures, and more. Students will also learn the basics of polyester plate lithography, a quick and easy way to reproduce images to be combined with monoprint layers. This class is a simple, fun introduction to printmaking and also offers new techniques for more experienced artists.
