About this Class:
Student will learn about the properties of metal and explore jewelry design and fabrication such as, piercing, filing, forming, soldering, and prong setting. Students will create small-scale sculptures in the form of jewelry.
All supplies are included in class tuition. Although aprons are provided, please wear proper attire—some art processes can get messy! Footwear is required.
Registration is based on the grade your child will be entering in the Fall.
Parents may drop off their child in front of the Art School building or in the parking area behind the building. Students will meet teaching assistants on the front porch before every class. Teaching assistants will escort students to class and release students on the front porch when class is over. Students grades K-4 must check out with the teaching assistant before leaving with an adult.
