Ready to take your wheel-throwing skills to the next level? This class will cover throwing consistent forms as sets, throwing off the hump, throwing large- scale work, altering thrown forms and throwing lidded vessels. This class will also cover various decorative techniques, both on and off the wheel using slips and other surface treatments. This intermediate- level class is for students who are comfortable with throwing, trimming, and glazing independently. Lessons will be enhanced by demonstrations and visits to view the museum’s collection.

One bag of clay and all firings and glazes are included with tuition.
