Explore painting, multimedia, and drawing activities that will inspire and nurture a journaling practice, taking it from head knowledge to heart practice. This eight-week workshop will help you cultivate your inner artist as you explore implementing rituals and develop habits and routines that will support and sustain your journaling. To get the most out of this workshop, working on your journal between sessions is essential. Lessons and demonstrations will be enhanced by visits to the museum's galleries and use of objects from the Lending Collection as inspiration and to cultivate visual thinking skills. Please bring a 9- by 11-inch mixed-media journal with you to the first class.
