Transform metal, wire, and more into expressive designs as you learn how to use exciting metalwork tools like the jeweler’s saw frame and acetylene torch. Explore processes to stamp, texture, shape, and embellish wearable and nonwearable artworks. You will work with copper, brass, and non-metal materials to create sculpture and/or wearable pieces. Regular visits to explore the museum's collection support lessons and provide inspiration for your work. Closed-toe shoes are required in the studio.

Please note that there will be no class on Dec. 1.

Registration for this class closes on Oct. 6.
