A specialist on 19th- and 20th-century Hawaiian textiles and aloha wear, Bradley has taught at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and at Washington State University and is the author of Aloha Attire: Hawaiian Dress in the Twentieth Century and The Art of the Aloha Shirt with DeSoto Brown.
