Lino Delgado

For Lino Delgado, hip-hop was a way for him and his friends to escape gangs, drugs, and violence. Now his life’s mission is to engage youth with performing arts to motivate them to pursue their own passion and hone their craft. Lino has been involved with the hip-hop community for forty years as a dancer, DJ, choreographer, dance teacher, dance judge, play writer, director, and videographer. He continues to serve as a consultant for the development of performing arts schools, programs, events, fundraisers, marketing, and outreach strategies.
