Scott Ohtoro

A beat maker, DJ, producer, and owner of Zenbu Records, an independent music company based in Honolulu. Born in Los Angeles with roots from Japan and Hawai‘i, Ohtoro has spent his time on O‘ahu as a high school math teacher, DJing at multiple venues, and producing and recording music for hip-hop and R&B artists throughout the Island. He is a fourth generation Japanese-American (yonsei) and uses his culture, eclectic music taste, and life experiences to tell his story through music and art.
