Watch Maile Yawata, another artist from Artists of Hawai‘i 2015, create fun drawings.

• Just for teachers: Are you a teacher who enjoys ARTafterDARK? Join a museum educator for a short 15-minute gallery activity that will get you thinking about and looking at art in a new way. Meet and network with other teachers before heading to the rest of the museum’s monthly art party.
Time: 6:45pm
Location: Auguste Rodin: The Human Experience (Henry Luce Gallery of temporary exhibitions)

The Bougies' indie sound will make you feel like you're at a backyard summer party.

• Relax to the chill beats of DJ Rhombus.

• Commemorate the night with photo booth pictures provided by Photo Ops Hawaii.

• The first 600 guests will get a custom pair of  ARTafterDARK sunglasses.

• See screenings of last year's Honolulu Surf Film Festival short films.

• Kona Brewing Co. celebrates Hawai‘i with its Makana Series: four limited-edition, island-brewed beers, inspired by Hawai‘i’s landscape and made with island ingredients that tells Kona Brewing's story.

ARTafterDARK is excited to be the launch party of Kona's limited edition beer, Kai Golden Ale—a crisp beer brewed with desalinated ocean mineral water. Kai Golden Ale will be the only Makana Series beer at the event and ARTafterDARK guests will be the first to try it!
