The second in director Vishal Bhardwaj’s Shakespeare trilogy of films, Omkara is an award-winning modern adaptation of Othello starring some of the biggest names in Bollywood. Omi (Ajay Devgn) is a bahubali for local politician Tiwari Bhaisaab (Naseeruddin Shah) with his fellow lieutenants Langda (Said Ali Khan, Baazaar) and Kesu Firangi (Vivek Oberoi). When Omi abducts Dolly (Kareena Kapoor) to be his bride, political intrigue and jealousy leads to a tragic climax.
