Groups will explore the museum with a docent tour guide, followed up with a hands-on artmaking session, which allows students to explore new artistic media, techniques, and ideas.
Soundshop workshop
Soundshop is a hip-hop music education program for middle and high school students, encouraging them to cultivate independent thinking and celebrate their unique voices.
Self-guided visits
Self-guided group or individual visits for university, school, or home school students. Small groups of students accompanied by educators may visit the museum for free Wednesdays through Saturdays. You may design your own group visit or use our self-guided tour resources. We also welcome individual student visits, where a single student may experience the museum for free as part of a class assignment.
