Every Friday and Saturday, HoMA remains open until 9pm with safe, engaging ways to experience all the museum has to offer.

Join us for HoMA Nights to explore the galleries, stargaze in the courtyards, enjoy live art experiences and music, and connect with the museum community.

Beverages and bites

FRIDAY & SATURDAY NIGHTS
The HoMA Café and Coffee Bar are open for bar service with a selection of cocktails, beer, wine, non-alcoholic refreshments, and bar bites until 8:30pm. Seating is first-come; first-served.

Interactive art experiences

FRIDAY NIGHTS
Try something new at drop-in art making sessions, Fridays 5–8pm, held in HoMA’s new outdoor Kīnaʻu Courtyard studio and select galleries! Activities are open to all, from keiki to kupuna, and free with admission.

The Café hosts performances from some of Hawai‘i’s best up-and-coming musicians every Friday from 5:30–8:30pm, and one-of-a-kind vinyl DJ sets from Aloha Got Soul and Friends on Saturdays from 6–8:30pm.

Snag a seat under the stars for a family-friendly film screening in Central Courtyard!

We ask that visitors arrive between 5–6pm as seating is first-come, first-served. A limited number of mats will be available; guests may bring their own blankets; chairs and outside food are not permitted. Outdoor screenings are weather-permitting and may be subject to cancellation.
