Mother's Day Brunch at Spalding House • Fully booked

Up at Honolulu Museum of Art Spalding House, chef Susan Lai Hipp will serve a globe-trotting $35 prix-fixe brunch menu that features a potato, Parmesan and roasted pepper pierogi with Irish bangers and poached egg over fresh spinach and vine-ripened tomatoes, and topped with mornay sauce. Brunchers must book in advance. The regular menu will also be available.
The café is now fully booked.
After brunch, guests can see the exhibition HoMA Select, featuring masterpieces from the museum’s collection that are featured in its Collection Highlights catalog, and take a meandering stroll through the lush gardens.
All Spalding House Café patrons on Mother’s Day will receive a 10 to 30 percent discount in the Spalding House Shop. Guests receive a 10 percent discount in the Spalding House Shop, and Supporting-level members and above get an additional 10 percent off their regular member discount.
Menu: Prixe fixe $35 per guest, includes tax and tip. Reservations required.
