Feather cape of pheasant feathers; front opening with rounded bottom edge. One inch iridescent dark blue neck band followed by six-inch band of iridescent green feathers, seven-inch band of striated green and yellow feathers, ending with a seven-inch band of grey feathers. Edged with mustard row of feathers. Design follows contour of cape. Cape is shaped to form over shoulders. Wool felt backing. Golden yellow silk brocade lining with medallions of dragons.
